Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at info@orbitforex.in.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
